I am a psychotherapist treating couples and adults on the Upper West Side. Trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, spiritual therapy, addiction treatment and logotherapy, I specialize in helping couples and individuals work through a range of challenges, including anxiety, grief, addiction, eating disorders, and trauma.Our work centers around autonomy, self-alignment, and the growth and insight that is born from vulnerability. I specialize in helping couples navigate relationship challenges, infidelity, parenting, and life-cycle transitions. I work with couples at all stages—dating, engaged, married, or navigating shifts later in their relationship—including separation and divorce. By approaching relationship dynamics with curiosity and empathy, we are able to examine its challenges, strengths, and hidden potential, creating dynamics that facilitate intimacy, authenticity, and sustainability.
