I work with adults from college age through adulthood to help navigate both age-specific challenges as well as less predictable issues that life brings. My approach is one that promotes self-understanding alongside practical goals of fulfillment.
Most relevant to WMHC, motherhood is one particular focus of my practice. Motherhood can be awe-inspiring and magical. At the same time it can feel daunting and anxiety-provoking as it can defy expectations, challenge one's identity and lead to a re-evaluation of relationships and goals.
I am available to help mothers sort out these challenges with the aim of getting the most joy out of being a parent and life in general. Although many mothers share common thoughts and feelings about parenting, each mother is unique. As with all clients, honoring that individuality is essential to my approach.
