I am a psychotherapist based on the south shore of Long Island with over 10 years of clinical experience. I see clients both in person and virtually. I specialize in working with people that struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, perfectionism, impaired self esteem and unhealthy relationship patterns. My therapeutic approach is holistic; drawing from a variety of modalities, including Acceptance commitment therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach to therapy is client centered and mindfulness based.
My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative, with the aim of assisting my clients to find peace within themselves and fulfillment in their relationships.
