Before establishing my mental health practice, I navigated the fast-paced worlds of digital media marketing and served on the People & Culture team at a unicorn startup, giving me unique insight into the challenges faced by today's ambitious professionals.

My approach integrates evidence-based techniques like DBT and CBT with real-world corporate experience, creating a therapeutic environment that feels both professional and deeply relatable.
