I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice with 27 years of experience in both clinical and administrative services in child welfare and mental health.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) provided individually for older teens and adults. During the pandemic I offer tele-therapy via Zoom. Length of treatment averages 6 to 9 months. ACT is a trans-diagnostic model of treatment, meaning the focus is on improving psychological flexibility and expanding behavioral repertoires through process based change.
I provide psycho-therapy to help those in pain unhook from suffering and achieve their goals with warmth, compassion and humor as they search for a meaningful life.
