My approach to therapy is grounded in Jungian psychology, with deep attention to the wisdom of the body. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, chronic or terminal illness, relationship challenges, spiritual or existential questions, and long-standing patterns related to identity, body image, and self-worth. I have a particular interest in supporting artists and creatives, as well as high-achieving professionals and students.

I am currently an analyst-in-training at the C.G. Jung Institute of New York, and have also studied Analytical Psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich, Switzerland. My experience includes 15 years as a yoga and meditation teacher, 10 years in hospice and end-of-life care, and a background in dance and movement. I hold an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a BA from NYU, with additional post-baccalaureate study at the University of Pennsylvania.
