Psychologist, Ph.D
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York. I work with children and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I have a special interest in working with women navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and adjustment to motherhood.
My therapy is focused on my patient's needs and goals. I provide a safe environment and draw from evidenced-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I have worked and trained at the Albert Ellis Institute, Montefiore Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center, Lewisham Hospital (London, UK) Kwai Chung Hospital (Hong Kong) and Queen Mary Hospital (Hong Kong).
I received my B.Sc. in Psychology from University College London (UCL), University of London; M.A. in Education in Psychology from Columbia University; and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University.
