Carly McCarvill, LMHC-D, is a Columbia University trained psychotherapist who has extensive experience helping clients struggling with ADHD, disordered eating, and the full spectrum of anxiety disorders. As a type one diabetic, Carly also has personal and professional experience assisting clients living with chronic conditions. She has two master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling. Carly, a born and bred New Yorker, is direct and deeply compassionate; she takes pride in maintaining a uniquely professional and unconventional approach to therapy. When appropriate, she enjoys incorporating moments of levity, humor, and laughter into sessions. Carly takes pride in supporting clients on their journey's toward growth, resilience, and well-being.
