I am a New York State licensed clinical psychologist providing services for adults and couples. I am specialized in the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I am passionate about reproductive and maternal mental health, including the perinatal and postpartum periods, fertility challenges, and perinatal loss. I also provide therapy for distressed couples using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model.

My approach is rooted in a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a relational style. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy frameworks depending on the presenting problem. I received post-doctoral training in gold-standard evidence-based trauma treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). I have a background in health psychology, which informs my holistic conceptualization of each client.

I earned my doctorate from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in Clinical Psychology and completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center and her post-doctoral fellowship at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Center at NYU Langone. I received training in multiple hospital and community mental health settings in NYC and Westchester (Bronx VA, New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, NYU Center for Counseling and Community Wellbeing, New York Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center, and the Parnes Clinic).
