I help 20- and 30-somethings navigate the confusion and uncertainty of quarterlife—grappling with career anxiety, identity shifts, and the pressure to have it all figured out. Many feel stuck, lost despite doing everything "right," struggling to be vulnerable in relationships, and questioning what a meaningful life really looks like. Through a blend of practical strategies and deep emotional work, I provide clients with the tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions while helping them reconnect with their emotions and inner wisdom. By creating a safe, grounding space, I empower individuals to trust themselves, tune out the noise, and redefine success on their own terms. I am dedicated to providing LGBTQ+ affirmative care, and support clients of all genders in cultivating confidence, clarity, and resilience. Together, we transform their experience of quarterlife into an opportunity for self-discovery and growth, helping them create a life that feels authentically fulfilling.
