I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, working primarily with college students, young adults, and early career professionals. I specialize in supporting high-achieving, driven women navigating anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. In sessions, I create a space where clients can speak openly, deepen their self-understanding, and cultivate genuine self-compassion.

My clinical approach draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and motivational interviewing frameworks, while incorporating mindfulness and somatic techniques to support both insight and embodied awareness. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I work with clients to process unresolved or distressing experiences that continue to shape present-day functioning. Through an individualized approach, I support clients in identifying and breaking old patterns while fostering greater emotional flexibility, resilience, and authenticity in their lives and relationships.

I approach therapy with warmth and compassion, meeting clients with care, humor, and authenticity, so they feel at ease and able to be themselves. I offer free 15-minute consultation calls for those interested in connecting before scheduling their first session. I see clients in person at a group practice in downtown Manhattan, as well as virtually through my private practice.
