As a couples therapist and creative arts therapist, I help partners and individuals explore their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work to understand the origins of your struggles, illuminate unconscious patterns that shape your relationships, and cultivate new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to your life.

My approach integrates several therapeutic traditions:

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy and Interpersonal-Systemic Couples Therapy, to help partners recognize their shared emotional cycles and co-create new ways of connecting.
  • Psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, to uncover the deeper meanings and patterns that shape your inner world.
  • Trauma-informed care, to ensure that the process of exploration is safe, paced, and attuned to your nervous system.
  • Creative arts therapy, to engage nonverbal modes of expression—art, imagery, movement, and metaphor—as ways of accessing emotional truth that words alone may not reach.

How We’ll Work Together

Therapy is not a quick fix—it’s a collaborative exploration. I offer a warm, grounded presence and a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences can unfold safely. Together, we’ll explore both your conscious intentions and the less-visible patterns that influence your relationships and sense of self.

In every session, my goal is to meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and a belief in your innate capacity for change.
