I’m a licensed psychologist practicing in New York City, working with young adults, parents, and adolescents. I see clients both virtually and in person at my Upper East Side office. My style is active, structured, and compassionate. I believe therapy should combine insight with practical tools to help you understand yourself more deeply while learning skills to manage emotions and strengthen relationships.
I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating anxiety, identity questions, and life transitions, as well as parents who are supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges and need space for themselves. I also work with adolescents who benefit from structured, evidence-based care. Across populations, I support individuals who experience emotions intensely, feel unsure of themselves, or struggle with relationships.
My approach integrates DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, blending reflection with skill practice to support real, lasting change. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, developmental understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping clients build lives that feel balanced, connected, and meaningful.
