I am a clinical psychologist who enjoys working with adolescents and young adults to address challenges related to anxiety, life transitions, disordered eating, perfectionism, and interpersonal distress. My clinical approach draws from psychodynamic theory, ACT, self-compassion, and DBT. Within my group practice, Premier Psychology Group, there are psychologists who specialize in fertility/perinatal/postpartum mental health, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
An Adjunct Professor at NYU, I teach a number of graduate courses on counseling technique and foundational principles of clinical practice. I completed my Ph.D. at NYU and my internship and postdoctoral training at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School.
