I have been licensed clinical social worker in New York City since 2002 when I graduated from the Simmons College School of Social Work in Boston. My experience is varied, having worked in different hospitals and social service agencies. In 2010 I completed the Two Year Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy training program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
In my private practice, I am primarily a couples therapist treating couples throughout life cycle of relationships. I provide a secure and stable environment to help couples find the best path forward, whether that’s staying together or beginning new lives apart. My practice models include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Discernment Counseling for couples considering whether or not to divorce, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Since 2020 I have been the onsite EAP provider at a large media company. In this role I provide evaluation and referral services, short term individual therapy, and management coaching.
