I am a licensed clinical social worker in a private practice based in New York City. I specialize in trauma work and providing services to support queer individuals. After years of working at a non-profit providing case management, and individual and group therapy to survivors of domestic violence, I made a switch to an intensive outpatient setting. I provided clinical services to young adults ages 18-35 and their families. I ran therapeutic groups on codependency, relationships, identity, and sexuality. Additionally, I provided individual therapy sessions for a variety of client presentations.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strategic therapy, Exposure Response Therapy, and executive function coaching.
