This work is deeply personal for me. I grew up with an older sister who has Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that deeply shaped my understanding of how fragile and complex the brain can be. Watching her journey and the impact it had on my whole family ignited a lifelong curiosity in me. As a child, I asked endless questions about how the brain functioned, and that curiosity eventually became a calling. I fell in love with neuropsychology because it sits at the intersection of science and empathy: helping people make sense of what’s going on in their minds and giving them tools to navigate it.

I specialize in psychological assessments for individuals looking to better understand their neurodivergence (ADHD and autism) or uncover the etiology of their mood, anxiety, and/or personality symptoms. Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations help determine the underlying etiology of cognitive difficulties such as dementia, psychological distress, or medication side effects. It’s like being a detective for the mind— allowing my curious nature to serve a purpose. Providing patients and their families with clarity in such a meaningful way feels deeply fulfilling!

I also conduct individual therapy with teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low support needs autism. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), drawing from each approach based on what will most effectively help each patient. If neurodiveregence is present, I adapt all concrete skills in a neuroaffirming way. In therapy, I see myself as the GPS system helping you navigate life. You stay in the driver seat, and I’ll make sure we’re taking the right path to ensure you reach your destination.
