I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. My advanced training includes perinatal loss and grief, infertility, high-risk pregnancy, and perinatal psychotherapy, alongside advanced training in DBT and training in ACT and CBT.
I specialize in supporting women during the perinatal period who are experiencing anxiety, as well as those navigating high-risk pregnancies or medical concerns during this intense season of life. My goal is to help you reduce suffering and move toward a life aligned with what matters most to you. I use evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and DBT, and I take a holistic approach—considering mind, body, and life context—rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
