Psychologist
I am a clinical psychologist in private practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families of those 60+ navigate the joys and challenges that come with older adulthood. I have expertise in working with individuals living with memory challenge and their families.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in relational systems informed by a background in psychodynamic models. I have completed the certificate training program at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and seek to always learn from my clients and colleagues so I can continue to grow as a clinician and human.
My additional work includes providing programming and services in the areas of successful aging, brain health, and dementia. I speak frequently at conferences including the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) and Leading Age, and have authored several books on brain health, aging, and dementia.
