I focus on the treatment of adolescents and adults by integrating both psychodynamic and CBT principles. I aid my clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change by helping them better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques, we come to understand what is working and what is getting in the way. I am currently attending the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy, which gives me the tools to better listen to my clients and understand their needs.
My specialties include School Stressors including Learning Disabilities, Stress and Anxiety, Relationship Instability, Management of Life Changes and Grief/Bereavement.
