My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, and somatic perspectives. I believe that our earliest relationships profoundly shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. In therapy, I help clients explore the deeper emotional patterns and unconscious processes that may be influencing their thoughts, feelings, and relationships today.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationships. Relational therapy emphasizes the power of the therapeutic relationship as a space for growth, repair, and transformation. Together, we co-create a safe and authentic connection that fosters trust, emotional attunement, and new ways of experiencing relationships.

I also work through an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand how early experiences of safety, comfort, and connection, or the lack of them, continue to impact their current lives. When protective patterns no longer serve us, therapy can offer space to develop more secure and fulfilling ways of relating to oneself and others.

Because healing is not only cognitive but also embodied, I often incorporate mind body practices such as grounding, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. These tools support nervous system regulation and help clients reconnect with a sense of safety and balance.

My goal is to help clients gain deeper self-understanding, develop new ways of relating, and build a stronger sense of safety and connection within themselves and with others. Therapy becomes a space not only for insight, but also for creating new emotional and physical experiences that support lasting growth and healing.
