I have a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Psychology from Columbia University with 18 years experience in psychotherapy.

I have extensive training in multiple therapeutic modalities, both traditional and alternative. I have practiced in many clinical settings, including hospitals, hospice, VA, and Private Practice. I have studied Ayurveda in India and have a working knowledge of Psychedelics in mental health.

I am licensed to provide therapy in New York, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, and Illinois. I am remote only serving multiple states.

My clinical specialty is anxiety disorders with a subspecialty in PTSD both single event and long term traumatic experience. I work with a large range of mental health issues where anxiety is rooted or a comorbidity. I primarily work with a diverse Adult population both individuals and couples

I am adaptable to meet each client's individual needs and mindful that everyone is having their own unique experience, perfectly real and true.
