I offer psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families.

I received my Bachelors in social work at New York Universtiy in 2016, and I completed my masters at Fordham university in 2017. Since then I have been in clinical social work both working in private practice as well as agencies for the last eight years. I use a combination of evidence based theoretical orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) for families and supports.

I take a warm and collaborative approach to therapy with a strong belief that the therapeutic alliance between the therapist and client is paramount to the client's work. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and lived experiences. I am skilled working with individuals struggling with intense emotions/behaviors, I am effective with clients who have not succeeded in previous therapy. With specialized training through PSI I am uniquely equipped for issues surrounding anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family conflicts as well as individual struggles.

I have completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), I feel passionate about the use of Evidence-Based Treatments. Although the treatment I provide is tailored to each individual's unique circumstances, my approach will always include teaching coping skills and mindfulness.
