Master Social Worker
I am a psychotherapist who specializes in grief (including sudden/ traumatic loss), anxiety, childhood trauma, life transitions, perfectionism and more. I am trained in EMDR and IFS and utilize both of these modalities in my practice.
My style is warm and empathetically direct when appropriate. I also like to make therapy lighthearted when appropriate- therapy should be challenging, but should also be an hour of the week you even look forward to and feel excited about! I am all about honest communication. I also emphasize the importance of compassion towards all parts of yourself.
