With over 25 years of clinical experience, I have the skills and expertise to help you view your issues in a new way, and support you in cultivating an active attitude to create positive change. The foundation of my practice comes from a strong belief in the importance of building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. My practice is based on an integrated approach, utilizing clinical models that are evidence based, helping individuals make positive changes, cultivate strengths, meet goals, and relieve distress. I believe the focus of psychotherapy is to maximize strengths and minimize stress through the best practice that fits each individual.

I specialize in helping individuals address anxiety, depression, parenting, relational issues, athletic performance, disordered eating, trauma and loss, life transitions, perinatal mental health issues, and stress management.

I will actively and compassionately engage with you through my integrative approach in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, and work collaboratively. Working with clients who are open to becoming more self aware and improving their lives, motivates my work.

I provide free consultations and work in an integrated health center. You can feel welcome, comfortable and part of a wellness center which promotes improving the quality of people's lives though supporting one's mental and physical health.
