I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor located in Brooklyn, and additionally available virtually for New Jersey. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and occasionally offer groups. I consider myself a general practitioner of psychodynamic psychotherapy, seeing adults of diverse backgrounds and concerns who are open to relational, longterm work. Besides my work in private practice, I have experience working with student, unions, and court-impacted populations.
While I welcome anyone into my practice for relational, psychodynamic psychotherapy, I am also a certified Digital Health and Wellness Level 1 Professional. I offer neuropsychologically and relationally-informed treatment for phone and screen addiction for individuals, couples, and families.
I have availability for in-person and virtual appointments for weekly, twice weekly, or in some cases biweekly therapy.
