Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY and NJ currently providing video psychotherapy sessions. I see adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, academic stressors, and identity development. I approach psychotherapy holistically, integrating models such as CBT, Internal Family Systems Theory, The Ackerman Relational Approach and Trauma Theory. Working in an environment focused on social justice, it is important to me to be able to help you navigate issues related to experiences of racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and sexism.
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience & Behavior and Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I have postgraduate training in couples and family therapy from The Ackerman Institute, as well as postgraduate training as an Internal Family Systems Therapist. Prior to starting in private practice, I have provided psychotherapy in community-based and school-based settings.
