Therapy. I work well with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation challenges. I have particular expertise in postpartum depression and anxiety as well as AD/HD with executive dysfunction. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and solution-focused. In therapy, I utilize an individualized approach for my patients, tailoring my clinical experience and training in evidence-based practices for their unique symptomatology and diagnosis. I support my patients in their mastery of these skills and fostering of insight to help them feel and think more effectively. My goal is for my patients to become their own therapist and I fully support them in this endeavor.
Testing. In addition to therapy, I have specialized training in neuropsychological evaluations, particularly for AD/HD and learning disorders. While most of the evaluations I conduct are very comprehensive, I uniquely offer focused assessments to efficiently assess adult AD/HD at a reduced rate.
