Dr. Stacey Elliott is a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Integrative Psychiatry of CNY, where she specializes in relationship-based, high-value psychiatric care tailored for physicians and other high-achieving professionals. Dr. Elliott offers an evidence-informed, integrative approach that combines thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle-oriented strategies to support resilience, identity restoration, and sustainable well-being.
Her practice is designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals to address burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and professional or personal transitions—especially when traditional care models have felt rushed, insufficient, or stigmatizing. Dr. Elliott emphasizes relationship-based care and collaborative treatment planning that honors physicians’ expertise while promoting long-term growth, self-awareness, and meaningful recovery. Dr. Elliott’s integrative model reflects her commitment to real, sustained change: blending conventional psychiatry with personalized lifestyle, mindfulness, and wellness considerations to help patients reconnect with their purpose and thrive both personally and professionally.
Dr. Elliott is located in a suburb of Syracuse, NY, where she sees patients in person. She is licensed in New York and sees patients virtually throughout the state.
Dr. Elliott is a graduate of the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine (2013) and completed her Psychiatry Residency at SUNY Upstate (2017). She is a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist, as well as a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) provider.
