Dr. Erika Bach, Psy.D. has a therapeutic approach rooted in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and third-wave psychotherapies, such as mindfulness and acceptance-based techniques. Her style is collaborative and infused with warmth, sensitivity, and humor, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Dr. Bach completed her doctorate of psychology at Yeshiva University, including pre-doctoral externships at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Department of Veterans Affairs, Brooklyn, and SCO Family of Services, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Department of Veteran Affairs, New Jersey and a postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University.

Dr. Bach works with individuals and couples across the lifespan. Trained in the Gottman method for couples, she fosters healthier relationships by applying evidence-based techniques. Dr. Bach focuses on exploring past experiences, gaining a deeper understanding of how they shape your present, and leaning on strengths and resilience. Dr. Bach aims to equip you with the tools needed to face life's complexities with resilience and newfound confidence.
