Hi there! I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults. My approach is collaborative in nature, working to help you set and achieve your therapeutic goals and increase your overall sense of wellbeing.

In our work together, I warmly tailor methods rooted in scientific research that fit with your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relational approaches. I have experience working with a wide variety of presenting concerns in teens and young adults, including anxiety and depression, major life changes, trauma, teen/parent conflict, substance use, gender dysphoria, frequent emotional dysregulation, and self-harm.

I began my psychology journey studying Clinical Psychology at Boston College, and then continued my studies at Fordham University to earn my PhD in Counseling Psychology. I have trained and worked in top tier adolescent and young adult programs across New York City, including Mount Sinai Hospital, Northwell Health/Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. I remain a part-time faculty member at Mount Sinai in their APPIC-accredited training program and am a member of the Mount Sinai Health Partners program.

I’m passionate about providing you or your loved one an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and safe space to explore and grow. I hope to meet you soon!
