I am a Harvard trained adult psychiatrist who specializes in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. I have clinical expertise in treating psychiatric disorders associated with the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the menopause transition.
I am currently taking on both general psychiatry and women's mental health cases. I also offer reproductive psychiatry consultations intended for individuals who already have a psychiatrist and would like a specialized consultation and treatment recommendations when planning for pregnancy or at any point during the perinatal period.
I take an integrative approach with my patients, which can include nutrition for mental health, sleep optimization, nutritional supplements, and herbs, in addition to traditional pharmacotherapy.
I am physically based in Denver, so offer tele-psychiatry only to patients in New York.
