I work with overthinking young adults to improve relationships and mood. I am passionate about using humor and warmth with a challenge to enable people to grow, to take up more room in their lives, and to feel more fulfilled in their relationships.
My training is psychodynamic and my approach is to "keep it real" with my clients. I work best with people who have a high need to feel safe and understood while also appreciating a challenge.
