I'm a NY and NJ licensed psychologist with a special interest in working with high achieving women experiencing anxiety, grief, or trauma related to fertility preservation, miscarriage, the perinatal period, and matrescence. I'm also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and passionate about BIPOC maternal mental health. I enjoy supporting women through egg freezing, trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum - in addition to women going through infertility or pregnancy loss. For new or postpartum mothers, I often prioritize exploring matrescence (maternal identity) as it's often lost in the mix with caregiving and parenting responsibilities. As a counseling psychologist, I'm passionate about BIPOC mental health and discussing the impact of other identities on women's health and parenthood. My other specialties include anxiety, complex trauma, and relationship stress (marital, peer, and work). I'm the founder and director of Manhattan Therapy Collective, a group practice of doctoral level therapists. I love hiking with my dog, adding to my urban nursery of plants, and almost anything pickled.
