I'm a NYC-based psychologist with a special interest in working with high achieving women struggling with infertility, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or transitioning to parenthood. I'm also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and a graduate of Columbia University, where I researched BIPOC mental health and interracial relationship stress. I support women through pregnancy and postpartum, in addition to those struggling with the emotional rollercoaster of egg freezing, infertility, and miscarriage. I have a special interest working with professional women navigating career and identity adjustment when becoming a parent. As a counseling psychologist, I'm particularly interested in supporting BIPOC mental health and incorporating multicultural and liberation psychology into therapy. I'm the founder and director of Manhattan Therapy Collective, a group practice of doctoral level therapists. I love hiking with my dog, adding to my urban nursery of plants, and anything pickled.
