I'm a NYC-based psychologist with a special interest in working with high achieving women struggling with anxiety, grief, or trauma related to infertility/fertility planning, miscarriage, and matrescence. I'm also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and have completed additional training in perinatal loss and BIPOC maternal mental health. I support women through fertility planning, pregnancy, and postpartum - in addition to those struggling with infertility or a miscarriage experience. I have a special interest working with professional women navigating new identity change (matrescence) when becoming a parent. As a counseling psychologist, I'm particularly interested in supporting BIPOC mental health and incorporating multicultural and liberation psychology into therapy. My other specialties include anxiety disorders, complex trauma, and relationship stress (marital, peer, and work). I'm the founder and director of Manhattan Therapy Collective, a group practice of doctoral level therapists. I love hiking with my dog, adding to my urban nursery of plants, and anything pickled.
