Dr. Peggy Loo is a NYS licensed psychologist and the director of Manhattan Therapy Collective, a small group practice of psychologists and her dog. Dr. Loo specializes in anxiety, anger, trauma, and perfectionism. She also works with adults addressing work-life balance, relationship conflict, and discussing experiences of race and racism. As a counseling psychologist, Dr. Loo is particularly interested in supporting the mental health needs of the BIPOC community and passionate about advocating for Asian American mental health. She has completed training in the treatment for anxiety disorders from the Beck Institute. Dr. Loo graduated from Columbia University with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. She loves hiking with her dog, adding to her urban nursery of plants, and anything pickled.
