Psychologist
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual psychotherapy to clients in New York State. I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, perinatal/maternal mental health, and trauma.
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University and my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Global Health from Harvard University. My training has been diverse and comprehensive, spanning outpatient and inpatient programs at the Manhattan VA, NYU Langone Health's Steven A. Cohen Military Family Center, and Montefiore’s Supporting Healthy Relationships and HERO Dads programs. I have pursued advanced training in couples therapy through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) and the Gottman Institute.
