Psychologist, PhD
I earned my PhD in clinical psychology from Yale University. I am currently a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the NYU School of Medicine with a courtesy appointment in the Marketing Department at the NYU Stern School of Business. My clinical expertise has been focused on anxiety, stress, depression, and eating disorders among youth and adults.
I'm honored to have received teaching awards and mentor of the year awards during my decades of service in university settings. My clinical approaches utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for generalized anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and depression.
