I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in working with adults across a range of concerns, including trauma and CPTSD, relationship difficulties, depression and mood related concerns, anxiety and OCD, grief, work-related stress, identity, and body-image and eating issues. I approach this work from an integrative lens, drawing on my training in psychodynamic and relational approaches, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside somatic regulation strategies.
In blending the various modalities from my training, I help clients cultivate a mind-body connection that deepens their understanding of themselves and their distress — how it can live in the body as somatic pain, surface as dissociation or intense activation, and drive harmful coping patterns. Together, we build nervous system regulation skills and process trauma in ways that go beyond cognitive insight alone, so clients can develop tools to navigate not just the difficulties that bring them to therapy, but whatever life brings them in the future.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. I've held clinical training positions across a variety of settings, including John Jay Counseling Center, Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, Montefiore Hospital Systems and Mount Sinai Morningside and West.
I am also passionate about diversity-related work and bring experience supporting a wide range of clients across different backgrounds and identities. I seek to understand how clients' formative experiences shape how they see themselves and their relationships — not as a fixed path, but as a source of wisdom and strength to draw on. My intention is to help clients gain clarity, move through distress with greater ease, and build a fuller, more authentic relationship with themselves.
