Psychologist
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York. I see patients both in person at my office in Midtown manhattan as well as virtually. I earned my Psy.D. and MSEd (Masters of Science in Education) from Pace University and am trained in both individual and couples therapy. I also am trained in conducting psychological evaluations for children, teens, young adults and adults. I value the uniqueness of each individual patient and utilize an integrative approach focusing on exploration, insight and action in order to create a tailored treatment plan that best meets the needs of my patients.
My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic theory to help make sense of past experiences, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to create change and take action in the here and now as well as mindfulness based interventions to help people feel grounded and centered during the work.
