I am a licensed clinical psychologist based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. I help adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress and life transitions, as well as those who are simply interested in self-exploration.
My approach is individualized, thoughtful, non-judgmental and compassionate. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, believing that each person’s life story affects their present experience, while also integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, relational therapy and family systems approaches into my work, according to the individual's particular needs.
I earned my doctorate (PsyD) in clinical psychology as well as my masters (MS) from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University and completed my undergraduate studies at Colgate University. I have worked and trained at sites such as South Bronx Health Center at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY; Rose F. Kennedy Center (CERC) at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY; and several New York City Independent schools.
