I am a licensed, clinical psychologist based between Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I specialize in the Perinatal Period, Parenthood, Relationships, Grief, Bi/Cultural Identity Development, Anxiety & Depression, and Interracial & Intercultural Relationships. I offer services both virtually and in person, in English, Spanish, and French.

My style is candid, non-judgmental, and active. As an integrative clinician, I lean on attachment, relational, and developmental theories, while incorporating skills from a number of evidence-based approaches. For individuals, I emphasize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT). For couples, I draw from emotion-focused therapy (EFT), Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), The Gottman Method, and Object Relations.
