The director of Gatewell Therapy Center, Dr. Rosenfeld is a psychologist (licensed in New York, Florida, and California), specializing in treating adults and adolescents. Her approach is eclectic, blending CBT, DBT, and relational and psychodynamic techniques. Dr. Rosenfeld is a certified group psychotherapist (CGP) and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS).
In her practice, she has developed specific specialties in eating disorders and substance use disorders, though she also works a great deal with anxiety and mood disorders, as well as relationship concerns. She is intensively trained in DBT and offers DBT skills groups as part of a comprehensive DBT program.
Prior to opening Gatewell Therapy Center, Dr. Rosenfeld was a staff psychologist at Columbia University Medical Center and at UCLA. She is currently based in Miami and sees patients in New York remotely and via regularly scheduled visits to the area.
