I see individuals and couples in person in Park Slope or virtually. Many of us are struggling with alienation and a loss of purpose and belonging. You may experience deep loneliness from hiding yourself, resentment, physical aches and pains, substance use or perfectionism. I work with individual adults and couples, and specialize in improving authenticity, self-worth, and integrity.As a psychodynamic therapist, I'll listen closely to understand your background first and then move to unpacking patterns. My practice integrates of how the sociopolitical world impacts mental health. My clients often come to therapy during big life transitions, like new parenthood, illness, or breakups, when your old patterns are not working anymore.Therapy is a space to find your voice, and your feedback is a valuable part of the process.
