I work at the intersection of attachment, differentiation and neuroscience. As a certified Emotionally Focused couples therapist (EFT) and advanced practitioner in the Developmental Model, I thoughtfully integrate one's longing to be in a securely connected relationship with a strength-based view of showing up with integrity in all relationships.
In addition to couples counseling, I provide sex therapy, discernment counseling, and individual therapy for those seeking to get unstuck from negative relational patterns.
My style is warm, collaborative, compassionately persistent in helping clients create fulfilling relationships with their partners and themselves.
I offer consultation for colleagues who wish to review their couples therapy cases or learn to establish strong leadership in their sessions.
