Integrating traditional talk therapy with experiential techniques like art, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing, we will work together to nurture your strengths and help you build resilience. My approach is trauma-informed and deeply rooted in feminist and liberation psychology frameworks - which focuses on the client relationship and understanding your unique needs as an individual.
