I'm a licensed psychologist providing services in person in Manhattan and online. I provide counseling with kids and adult, and I do neurodovergence-affirming diagnostic autism evaluations with adults.

People work with me when when they're looking to understand themselves better, express themselves more authentically, build stronger social connections, and adapt or get through a big life transition.

Additionally, I'm a trained provider for the SPACE Program (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) so I work with parents to best support their children experiencing anxiety. I can also collaborate and liaise with school teams around student needs.

You'll find my approach to be strengths-focused and include a lot of self-compassion and self-acceptance. My practice is responsive to and affirming of individuals' intersecting identities (e.g., racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, neurotype).

I've had training in school psychology and clinical psychology and I've worked across the US, in Germany, and in the Middle East. Altogether, this allows me to take multiple perspectives and to appreciate different outlooks and norms around expressing emotions, parenting and child development, and learning.

Reach out if you'd like to discuss working together.
