Hello! I am a licensed psychotherapist, LCSW with over 15 years of clinical experience, licensed across NY, NJ, CT, and FL. I specialize in treating complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, family conflict, and major life transitions across the lifespan, working closely with tweens (ages 11+), adolescents, college students, and adults.

My clinical framework is grounded in extensive, specialized training across evidence-based and somatic modalities. I have completed advanced clinical training in trauma and mind-body approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and AEDP (Level 1), alongside intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I completed postgraduate training in Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy through PPSC and NYPSI in New York.

Formerly a faculty member and clinical supervisor in the Complex Trauma Treatment and Therapy Program at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, I evaluated trauma modalities and supervised clinicians treating CPTSD. I also lecture and provide clinical supervision on child and adolescent psychotherapy.

By integrating these advanced frameworks with an authentic, relational stance, I offer a collaborative space to help individuals and families navigate distress, build resilience, and achieve meaningful healing.
