I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, college students, and adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and major life transitions. I maintain an active private practice licensed across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

My clinical framework is relational, integrative, and grounded in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for meaningful healing and growth. I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from advanced training in: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and AEDP (Level 1 trained), Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Postgraduate training via PPSC and NYPSI, New York). Previously, I served on the faculty of the Complex Trauma Treatment and Therapy Program at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where I evaluated and disseminated complex trauma modalities and supervised clinical trainees treating Complex PTSD (CPTSD).

With more than a decade of experience working with tweens/teens in school, hospital, outpatient, and day treatment settings; I offer therapy with tweens ages 11+. I have supervised and taught lectures on child and adolescent psychotherapy. With an authentic, respectful, and curious stance. I offer teens a safe space to express concerns, understand emotions, and develop strategies for managing stress. I work to support their growing independence while also helping them navigate the roles and responsibilities that come with this developmental stage.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed environment to help clients and families build resilience. In therapy using an integrative approach helps explore the mulitiude of factors that make up one's struggles and allows healing by integrating mind, body, and language. If you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your adolescent, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
