I’m a psychotherapist in NYC working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is relational, systemic, and trauma-informed, recognizing that healing and growth happen within the context of our relationships, families, cultures, and lived experiences.
My work draws from the Ackerman Relational Approach (ARA), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR. I have completed advanced clinical training, including an EFT Externship, Level 1 IFS training, and EMDR basic training. I am currently completing advanced training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
I work with clients across diverse backgrounds and have a particular interest in supporting adolescents, uniformed professionals and their families, men navigating emotional regulation and relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ clients, and immigrant individuals and families. My practice is culturally responsive and affirming, with an understanding of how identity, relationships, culture, and broader social systems can shape mental health and well-being.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work.
