I am a Harvard trained child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist & psychotherapist based in Manhattan and licensed in NY and CT. I specialize in working with youth and young adults who struggle with emotional dysregulation from trauma, anxiety, OCD, or medical conditions. I am trained in psychodynamic, DBT, and IFS orientations.

I specialize in working with busy students, healthcare workers, young professionals, and their families to create the long lasting fulfillment with their lives that they truly deserve. I am a psychotherapist at heart and strive to create a supportive, collaborative relationship with my patients. I carefully consider each of my patient's identities, mind-body connections, relationships, and communities that shape who they are and who they want to become. I utilize my medical expertise to suggest medications when I believe that they can augment psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions without pushing medication as the only solution.
