I am a licensed psychotherapist based in NYC offering in person and virtual sessions to adults struggling with OCD, chronic pain and other somatic symptoms, anxiety disorders and low self-esteem. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Buddhist psychology, and attachment-focused psychodynamic therapy. For my clients with chronic pain and other mind-body symptoms I use Pain Reprocessing Therapy. For my clients with OCD, I combine ERP techniques with a psychonalytic lens to understand the core fear and deeper emotional dynamics driving obsessions and compulsions. I also work with couples for pre-marital counseling using the Gottman Method.
