I am an LCSW with over 25 years of clinical experience. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings - in-patient and out-patient psychiatric hospital, day treatment and Employee Assistance Programs. In addition to obtaining my MSW at NYU School of Social Work, I completed a three year training program at the New York School for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I also completed a one year training in trauma studies, offered by the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. My specialties are bereavement, trauma - both recent and secondary to childhood experiences, depression and job stress in the corporate world. I am an in-network provider for United and Oxford. I provide a monthly statement to patients who are eligible for partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefit. My work is quite rewarding and meaningful to me. I have a sense of confidence in my ability to help the people that I work with. I feel very fortunate to have found the work that inspires me on a daily basis.
